We had to quickly release PhoneGap Desktop App 0.1.7 Beta to fix a critical bug found in PhoneGap Desktop App 0.1.6 Beta.
Installation
Download and install PhoneGap Desktop App 0.1.7 Beta release:
- OS X: Download PhoneGap Desktop 0.1.7 for OS X
- Windows: Download PhoneGap Desktop 0.1.7 for Windows
- PhoneGap Desktop App. Contribute to phonegap/phonegap-app-desktop development by creating an account on GitHub.
- Can you try deleting the localStorage used by PhoneGap Desktop. This will remove your project from PhoneGap Desktop's cache, but will not remove your project from your computer. Make sure you have closed PhoneGap Desktop; delete the localStorage at the locations below. On Mac: /Library/Application Support/PhoneGap/Local Storage.
- These are the following steps used to install the PhoneGap application on Mac OS X: 1. In the first step, we will download the PhoneGap setup by clicking on the Mac OS X Installer. Like Windows, we will double click on the downloaded executable file to run the setup of PhoneGap. This double click will prompt us with the license agreement to accept.
Note: If you have an issue with PhoneGap Desktop’s auto-updater, we recommend that you manually update using the download links provided above.
What’s New
This release was solely focused on fixing an issue where the pairing of the PhoneGap Desktop App and PhoneGap Developer App was broken because they were both using different versions of the connect-phonegap module. Download macos mojave 10.14 dmg.
